Wendy (Dakota Fanning) is a young complex and creative girl who is writing a script for the “Star Trek” script writing competition. But things with her are not right and turns more ugly when her sister comes to visit Wendy with her baby. Wendy wants to submit her script for the competition and to do so, she travels on her own to Los Angles. On her way, she is thrown out of bus as her pet pisses in the bus. On foot, she faces different problems and getting through them on her own.
